owner was nice, breakfast very good, easy drive from airport. Good start for island of cormomandel.
there was no spa nor suana and we could not eat in the evening. Prior arrangement means days ahead, not when we arrived in New Zealand. This was dissappointing, we wanted to rest from our long trip from Europe this being our first place to sleep after the plane trip.

Enjoyed delicious and marvellous breakfasts with fantastic views. the hotel was so close to a hilltop garden on the edge of Thames and the North Island. - It was superb in all aspects, especially the wonderful area of Thames and the surrounding area.

Very good hosts who wlecomed all newcomers with tea/coffee. Excellent breakfasts. Cotswold Cottage is in a beautiful spot just outside Thames and ideal for touring the Coromandel Peninsula or for a last stop before flying from Auckland. Highly recommended.

Very attractive B&B with a pleasant 'olde world' feel. Elevated position with attractive garden. Excellent choice for breakfast including the tradition cooked plus lots of other options.
Thames is a rather 'nothing' town but has all that a traveller needs

we were made very welcome by the hostess and offered tea. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Our room was on the small side and would be most suited for an overnight stay or walkers with not much luggage as car park is situated away from our accommodation.

I had the most incredible stay at a charming bed and breakfast nestled in a picturesque rural setting. The room was modern, clean, and had a lovely bathroom with all the amenities I needed. The homemade muesli at breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the company around the table made the experience even better. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating my request for separate beds, and provided great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The highlight of my stay was returning from a day of exploring to relax in the hot tub in the beautiful garden. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a B&B.

The property had character, while not close to the sea it gave good views towards the sea and surrounding area. Lovely quiet setting, views and gardens around the property. Hosts Jacqui and Graham were very considerate, friendly, professional and yet not intrusive. Breakfast choices and food provided was great. It was true to the website representation and to our expectations.
